Who are we?

Southern MN Executive Services Senior Support was born out of something most of us have experienced — watching someone we love struggle with the weight of everyday life, not because they can't live independently, but because the details have simply become too much to manage alone. I saw a need that wasn't being met, and couldn't walk away from it.
The reality is that assisted living and memory care facilities, while wonderful for those who truly need them, come with an enormous price tag — one that puts them out of reach for many families and forces difficult decisions before they need to be made. But cost isn't the only concern. What many families don't talk about enough is what happens when a senior leaves their home. The familiar surroundings, the daily routines, the neighbors they've known for decades, the chair they've sat in every morning with their coffee — these things matter deeply. When they disappear, decline often follows. It's not just anecdotal; it's something families witness again and again.
I created Southern MN Executive Services Senior Support because we believe that staying home — really staying home, comfortably and confidently — should be an option for every senior who wants it. Not just those with family nearby. Not just those who have it all figured out. Every senior. Our role is to come alongside older adults and their families to handle the coordination, the paperwork, the appointments, and the logistics, so that home stays home for as long as possible.
